Book an Initial Assessment and Care Plan

The cost of the Care Plan, and provision of the nursing or care support specified, will relate to a number of factors that we will discuss and agree with you. These factors include the frequency and duration of care; the type of care required, whether by a qualified Nurse or care assistant, for example; and whether care is provided during the day, at night or over the course of a weekend.

First, we provide you with an Initial Assessment and Care Plan. The fee of £200 meets the costs of a visit to your home by one of our qualified nurses; interviewing you /the patient; assessing care needs; writing & supplying the individual Care Plan; and answering any further questions you have. There is no further obligation to book further care, unless you choose to go ahead.
